제주아세안플러스네트워크는 민간외교의 주체로서 제주·아세안 플러스 알파 이니셔티브를 통해 경제협력을 확대하고 문화교류를 강화하며 인적 네트워크를 확산하여 아세안을 비롯한 많은 국가와 도시 간의 이해와 우정을 증진해 나가는 것을 목적으로 설립되었습니다.
